So, if you faced a problem with your Transcend Pen drive like your pen drive is not working entirely or your pen drive is showing as a drive once inserted and when you click the drive to open, a message pops up telling that, Please insert a disk into removable disk or something similar, you can try the following steps which may help you somehow.

Buy the Original Pen Drive and Keep the serial number safe

Always try to buy the original pen drive which comes with the manufacturer’s unique serial number. This unique serial number will be required for the tool provided by Transcend pen drive. What if this tool failed to re-format the pen drive?

There is no other way you can do yourself on that not working pen drive. If the warranty period is still not expired and the physical condition of the pen drive is in good condition (Most importantly the serial number on that Transcend pen drive should be well visible), then you can avail repair or replacement from the retailer where you bought the pen drive. If you don’t have serial number and warranty card/bill on your hand, it goes to the dust bin.
